The hotel provided a reliable shuttle service. It was very convenient. My room was spacious. The bed was very large. Hotel staff were nice and helpful (I appreciated their assistance).

I booked a beautiful double or twin room. the bathroom wasnt great. The shower had mold and the shower doors didnt close well. the floor got wet. also, the sink tap was missing a piece, so the water splashed everywhere. the noise from other guests was bad, i think my room was near a storeroom. it was a noisy stay.

the shuttle service to the airport was prompt and convenient. it cost 100 baht and ran every half hour (very reliable). the rooftop restaurant offered great views of planes landing. i also appreciated the availability of convenience stores just outside the hotel.
the soundproofing wasn't perfect, and i could hear some noise from the hallway at times.

the rooftop restaurant features both asian and western options. a live band plays in the evenings. there are tables with views of the planes taking off and landing.
